These terms cover the use of this website and tutoring booked through it, provided by My Virtual Biology Tutor (Lisa Valdner).

The service

We provide one-to-one and small-group online IB Biology tutoring and related coaching, delivered live over Zoom.

Bookings and payment

Choosing a time on this site sends Lisa a booking request. It is not confirmed until Lisa replies by email. Payment is arranged directly between you and Lisa, and no payment is taken on this website. Prices shown are a guide and may vary by arrangement.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please let Lisa know as early as you can so the time can be offered to another student. Any notice period will be agreed with Lisa directly.

Results

Tutoring supports a student's learning, but we cannot guarantee a specific grade or exam result.

Content

All text, images, and resources on this site belong to My Virtual Biology Tutor unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the site and lessons running smoothly, but they are provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
